During the second part of the enhancement week I had to travel to the centre of London and to look at fashion brands and how they are divided in shopping districts. I have to admit apart from the Oxford Street, Regent Street and Bond Street I was completely clueless that London was divided in so many different shopping parts. I was given some instructions of what to do and where to go, so I followed them. It was a nice experience and I had fun, since I combined it with some shopping- of course! In the end I was in the shopping centre of Europe and I really couldn’t help it. The shopping district I liked the most was Mount Street, in the new area of Mayfair. I really liked the fact that although there were so many shops there, I could barely see people shopping there. I don’t know why. Perhaps because not many people know about this district (?) or because tourists just prefer to go to Oxford street. As I was told, I went to the Balenciaga store and had a look inside and I have to say that this store was so beautiful -and it wasn’t only because of the garments. The way that the clothes were displayed on the rails was amazing. It felt like the changing rooms were a sun, since they were in the middle of the store, and the rails were like its sunbeams. I also enjoyed walking down both new and old Bond Streets. They both contain Haute Couture stores like the Louis Vuitton flag store.
